Example view

Everything you need to monitor industrial equipment remotely

From the first sensor to a multi-plant operation: real-time data, history, alarms and notifications in one platform.

Live machine monitoring

See current values of every parameter — temperature, vibration, power, pressure, flow — with units, data quality and the exact time of the last measurement.

Realtime & historical trends

Live trend of selected devices (5–60 min) and history from 1 hour to 30 days with min/avg aggregation and visible communication gaps.

Alarms with limits & deadband

High/low limits per parameter, severity levels, deadband against flickering, acknowledgement by operators and a complete alarm history.

Push notifications & mobile app

Install BiiotSense as an app on Android, iPhone and desktop and receive alarm notifications even when the app is closed.

Online / offline detection

Every device is shown as online, delayed or offline from its newest measurement, and a communication-loss alarm is raised automatically.

Secure gateway connectivity

A local PC or Raspberry Pi gateway reads your devices and sends data over outbound HTTPS — no port forwarding, no VPN, no open firewall.

No data loss on outages

The gateway buffers readings during internet or power outages and uploads them later; retries never create duplicate records.

Companies, users & roles

Register your company, approve team members and assign Viewer or Operator roles. Each company sees only its own data.

Security & audit trail

Encrypted HTTPS, hashed passwords, revocable gateway tokens, brute-force protection and an audit log of every configuration change.

How BiiotSense works

Field devices → local gateway → secure cloud dashboard. No server to install at your plant.

  1. 1

    Connect your devices

Wire PLCs, energy meters, VFDs and sensors (Modbus RTU/TCP, RS-485, Ethernet) to a local gateway such as a Raspberry Pi or an industrial PC. WiFi sensor nodes such as the ESP32 can send directly.

  2. 2

    Send data securely

The gateway uploads readings in batches over HTTPS with its own revocable token and keeps a local buffer during outages.

  3. 3

    Monitor & get alerted

Open BiiotSense on any browser or phone: live values, trends, alarms and push notifications for your whole team.

Built for industrial applications

Condition monitoring, energy monitoring and remote supervision for maintenance, production and management teams.

Pumps, motors & fans

Bearing temperature, RMS vibration and running status to catch faults early and plan maintenance.

Energy management

Active power, voltage, power factor and energy counters from energy meters across plants and feeders.

Compressors & utilities

Pressure, flow and load of compressed air, chillers, boilers and cooling towers.

Water & wastewater

Levels, flows and pump stations at remote sites without a local SCADA.

Manufacturing lines

Machine parameters from PLCs for production, quality and maintenance teams.

Multi-site operations

One dashboard for many plants, each with its own gateway, machines and users.

Frequently asked questions

BiiotSense is a web-based industrial IoT remote monitoring platform. It shows live and historical data from PLCs, energy meters and sensors, raises alarms and sends push notifications — from any browser or as an installable mobile/desktop app.

Devices are read by a local gateway (Raspberry Pi, industrial PC or industrial gateway) and sent to BiiotSense over HTTPS. This suits PLCs, energy meters, VFDs and sensors with Modbus RTU (RS-485) or Modbus TCP (Ethernet), and WiFi sensor nodes such as the ESP32 that can post data directly.

No. The gateway only makes outbound HTTPS connections, so no port forwarding, public IP or VPN is required at the plant.

The gateway stores readings locally and uploads them when the connection returns. Re-sent data is recognised automatically, so nothing is stored twice, and the dashboard marks the device as delayed or offline in the meantime.

You set high and low limits, a deadband and a severity for each parameter. When a limit is crossed, an alarm is raised once, shown on the Alarms page and pushed to every phone or computer where notifications are enabled. Operators can acknowledge alarms and every action is recorded.

Yes. BiiotSense works in any modern mobile browser and can be installed as an app on Android and iPhone (Add to Home Screen) and on Windows or macOS desktops, including push notifications.

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored as secure hashes, every gateway has its own revocable token, users must be approved by the company administrator and each company can only access its own data.

No. BiiotSense is for remote monitoring and alerting. Safety functions, interlocks and emergency stops must remain in the PLC or safety system on site.
